Artist… a seeker of beauty within the ordinary.

Suzanne is a mixed-media artist who finds inspiration all around her in the details of life, whether captured by the lens of her camera or the stroke of her paintbrush. She is inspired by the beauty of the everyday, the seemingly mundane, and the otherwise overlooked aspects of wonder that pass us by daily. She uses an intuitive, abstract style to translate her travels, experiences, and memories into mixed-media works.

Suzanne is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design and a continuing student of life.

“ I am interested in the fractured moments in life - not their detail, but their sensory residue and impermanence - collected from love, loss, travel, time, experience, memory, and mothering. Usually small, overlooked, imperfect moments that might quickly become lost or discarded in the fray of everyday life. Focusing on bits of ordinary and responding to them with conversations in color, line, and shape feels like it honors these moments in some small way. “
